How well does the ACC work with the sensor relocated behind the grill? Seems this has been hit or miss for folks.

Only ditch lights so far. I plan to add some rock lights at some point and some amber floods which will be wired into the aux switches. Didn't see the point in putting my GMRS on one, its just got fused power that comes on with acc like other vehicle systems. I'll be running my ARB compressor...

Did you read my post? I litterally asked why do they have to grind the old epoxy out then re-paint? What's special about this windshield that has litterally never been done in the history of windshield installs?

There is literally nothing in that description that takes safelite more than 2 hours to do. I mean, I had this done not 4 months ago on my wife's vehicle. Windshield sensor recal and everything... Why does paint and primer need to be re-applied? This is starting to not add up...

Honest question…How does safelite replace a windshield in under 2hrs but it takes 3 days under this recall? (Explain it to me like I’m 5)
