For anyone who's gotten rail car numbers through chat, what was your timing to get it. Did you go to chat once your tracker went back to order confirmed or did you do it after it was marked shipped on the tracker?

I'm out in CA, I'd like to think based on location you'll get it before me haha but we will have to see it to believe it at this point with how sideways and backwards ford is doing things haha. I'm gonna check with ford chat tomorrow to see if I can get a rail car number, and then every day...

If you go to the ford website and go to support a little chat pop up should appear after a moment or two and you click it and can ask for an order status. Some chat reps are great and some just copy paste the standard info.

Also, chatted with ford wishing maybe the tracker was behind as we all suspect haha and ford chat confirmed they do ship on weekends but they don't have the scheduling process. This guy said priority codes matter in shipping which I thought odd but who knows haha. You know, everything started...

I'm at Built status now with a 1/26 date on the tracker. Hopefully I'll get to shipped on Monday! This out of order thing is driving us all crazy haha

Question for our group, looking at another thread I saw a screen shot of someone else's tear tag and it was the exact same number as mine. For those here with tear tags whats yours say? Mine is NEL2. Could that be the QC checkers code?

The only thing I can think of is that maybe possibly they are now finishing things based off shipping, like going east convoys and rail cars west? They are filling those to a scheduled ship time? Or just moving things by those type of groups now?
