This was my big worry as well, specifically the width...Im super comfortable in my FJ, but I always felt cramped in my Wrangler...I can only speak for myself, but when I adjusted the seat to my normal position neither of my knees were hitting anything, and just like that my only remaining...

Hmnffff............Ive had Duratracs on the FJ for 3 or 4 years and think theyre great in the snow and rain, never had any issues. Super impressed by the snow performance, in fact. At this point theyre getting noisy, as others have mentioned, and Im hoping they pass inspection next Saturday...

Of those I'd take the Trooper, Montero then the Pathfinder. The Cherokee gets a lot of love, had one as a winter beater years ago, just too cramped. At the risk of alienating masses of people on a Ford site, never even looked at Explorers, kinda plain looking.

Bought a 2 door 86 Trooper 2 in 2006 with 70k on it...sold it like a dope. One of the few vehicles Ive gotten rid of that I miss.

That passenger side front fender flare on the AMB looks like its going to rub.

The interior width is about the only thing I'm concerned about - my FJ is the perfect size, width wise - whereas the last JL I sat in felt cramped, but to be fair that had manual windows and my knee was hitting the hand crank. I guess I have to prepare myself for somewhere in between.
