Az offers 1 thing others can't great off roading in jan in snow and 90 mins later swimming poolside 74 deg. Sedona rivals scenery of anywhere in U S . only other state you can do that is Ca but way too high cost of living for most. I would not live anywhere else due to this extreme temperature...

you may want to swing by pink corral sand dunes az/utah border then drop into north rim of canyon for good off-roading and summer weather at over 8k elevation and Sedona can rival anywhere in the U S for scenery and be sure to drive it through 89a out of flagstaff. plenty of trails around Sedona...

Yes up to 4 inches or what you prefer , larger tires would add to that lift heigth. Decent price as well...can be done much cheaper as well especially if you have the bilsteins that come on sas and badlands. Me personally would just do 2 inch spacers for 100$ or so since you have good coilovers...

Also i found on mine you can put on sleeve and reuse nut as well , it will take up all of the threads which is best...should drop straight in when you have proper amount of length on it. Was easy..
