Are those Tech 6, zero offset 17”x 9” wheels?

Another bump on an old thread. to the O.P. If you had used a 17”x9” wheel with the 30mm (1-1/4”) offset and the exact same tires, would you have any interferences inside On the suspension, wheelhouse or frame? Also, Are your Flares Sasquatch flares?
