I appreciate the confirmation. I have a set of 17x8.5+25mm wheels and 305s to go on if it ever shows up. I’ve run 35s before and don’t plan on going there with this Bronco. And as far as the wider flares I’ll need, I’m kind of hoping the aftermarket will come up with something I’ll love. I’ve...
Gotcha. The way your sentence was worded, I thought you were referring to the Badlands vs SAS Badlands. I ordered a non SAS Badlands because it only seemed to add the wheel/tire pkg (and maybe a shock upgrade?) for $2500. I have another wheel/tire pkg in mind but the upcharge didn’t seem...
So you weren’t referring to the Badlands and were referring to the OB? The Badlands gets type 210 either way. The only thing SAS seems to add to the Badlands is a wheel/tire pkg and maybe shocks?
I’ve heard good things about that antenna. I just can’t seem to make the jump to NMO for some reason Too many existing UHF mounts lol. I didn’t think it was a non ground plane antenna though.
The biggest problem with transmitting out of band, other than legality, is you will not maintain that 1.4 SWR that far off frequency if you’re using the same 2m antenna. But if you keep it at 5w or below for trails, you probably won’t do damage.
No question. Sell it and make a little bit over what you paid. Put in an order now for a new one and maybe it will get a Blend date soon after you get back in 4 years. :sneaky: Ok, no, but seriously, I would sell it now.
