Actually after studying the page I found that list on its actually a 2009 F150. So I’m starting to think potentially it could mean no paint as in no two tone. Much like you can get the King Ranch’s, etc with or without the two tone bottom.

I did some searching on the Interwebs and actually came across a build sheet that listed the PN3XX Paint Code which it actually says means “No Paint”. Maybe this is a filler for another paint code. Look about midway on the photo below:
