Could not agree more. Had similar dialogue with my dealer today. He had to check his files to see if a soft top was offered for the 2 door and he is buying a bronco himself. How the F do they not know that a soft top is not offered with a 2 door currently? The fact Ford itself did not make that...
So if my deposit contract with my dealer references a MY2021, and they tell me I am only getting a MY2022, can I dispute that the deposit contract is not binding because it was for a MY2021? I may make a few calls to my attorney friends. Sad it has come to this, but my dealer really pissed me...
I knew something was up when all the two doors were rolling off the line with fastback soft tops and yet we could not order it with a soft top. I actually love the fastback softtop and don't want the hard top. Oh the irony.
At least when that Bronco sh#!s on you, you will know it, unlike the email we just got from Ford where they tried to disguise the sh#! they were feeding us.
Amen and at least address the difference between the 2 and 4 door in their note to dealers. I just spoke to my dealer and he was not sure if a soft top was offered in a 2 Door, but then was telling me how awesome it was to drive the Bronco at a dealer event in Texas. That really made me feel...
Remember the MIC top was their answer to not being able to deliver the original painted hard top …. So right then and there they should have offered a soft top. What about us 2 door orders, can we get a soft top? No one spoke to that issue. This communication was piss poor.
It's an EV, it has fat wheels, it does not have two tone seats, and my wife can ride with me. Maybe I will have to settle for this at 2:01 PM EST tomorrow :ROFLMAO: Having a dumb and dumber moment
Reserve immediately on Day 1, buy the most expensive model, find out the two tone interior is hideous, pay full MSRP, getting it in Winter Priceless. What a shit show this has been. I feel for the FE res holders. They are getting totally hosed. I'm not one of them but I am a "day oner" who...
Sold my 69’ stingray convertible today so I could pay cash for this Bronco……. Silence from Ford, silence from dealer. I hope they don’t make me regret this.
Yeah if you put enough batteries in any vehicle it will be expensive and fast, but to me you need to look at efficiency per lb. At 9000 lbs I’m guessing the electrical system is not very efficient and that they just kept throwing more battery at it??? Not an expert in EV clearly just my opinion.
I love my Bronco wife. She bought me all this Bronco gear months ago, in prep for my May birthday, when I placed my order. Despite me Ignoring her all the time when I’m on this site.
That is a high quality sketch of my Bronco build which I guess I will frame. I feel really bad because the last...
Ford just paid Darkside to hack their IT infrastructure so they could use that as their new excuse as to why most of us will be getting 2022 Broncos with day one reservations, which have now become absolutely a joke and meaningless.
I’d prefer the soft top over the hard top. I don’t plan to have the top on very often , that’s why I’m buying it. If I wanted a hard top on all the time I’d buy a four runner or a pickup. So yeah I agree I think quite a few of us would pay more for a soft top to get it sooner.
I spoke to Ford a few weeks ago and they said as long as I had the MIC top I should be fine. Problem is what are the real issues?Doubt we will ever know. Blaming it on the MIC top or the Tow package is hard for me to believe. Must be more to it than we will ever know.??
