Congrats! I got the previewing email from granger yesterday for the extra $400, guess I didn’t make the cut this time, hopefully the 22’s start building soon after
I caved and got the resort for two nights, I’m bringing a guest but instead of paying 600 for them to be bored in the passenger seat, the place looks nice enough and we can have a getaway. I’m guessing the course stuff will only be 4-5 hours a day
First off I'm really impressed with y'all's knowledge of Texas and Texas energy. I'm in Austin and while we have no water, I was lucky to have access to power, but no gas stations as they were all closed. I would have welcomed a hybrid and it's on my mind a lot now, gas is scarce in these...
It's messed up this makes it sound like there is no big lump without the tailgate and the tailgate just adds length. Not folding flat as factory standard is nuts for this type of vehicle, if it's that hard then make the TAILGATE option, STANDARD.
Cant build it yet. But Area 51 badmansquatch soft top with winch. I would get the modular hard top with the black out windows whenever it comes, I like the molded grey color fine
So far I’ve only gotten auto replies in caps from the dealer. Just was weighing this against granger for someone in austin, drive 400 miles to X for a 1000 bucks off or get 2000 plus a discount on trim/packages from grange saving me probably a little under 6,000 after v6 and Sasquatch/or lux but...
Love that you did this, I thought I was the only one comparing. Without the granger deal, to get a 6, lux, sas, modular hard top with sound isolation I'll be about 10-8 grand less for what I would be for a 6 cyl phev Xdynamic defender. I never thought the price of a loaded land rover and...
This is actually good news for me as I wanted a 22, but a lot of dealers are going to go to a non refundable more substantial down when you actually order your build.
