23 Badlands 4door, 20k miles, garaged the majority of the time. No cracking or delamination issues. I do have couple spots of snakeskin showing, but no other issues.
The maintenance schedule calls for a bunch of things to be inspected. Because I am who I am, I gave the underneath a look over to check for leaks and boot rips on any of the rotational items. You can login at ford.com and look at the maintenance schedule for the list of items for the 20k checkup.
I just cracked over 20k so I decided to go over the 20 thousand mile checkup/checklist. When I crawled under my Bronco with my flashlight to inspect everything I found what appears to be the transmission pan leaking. It's not dripping, but it does appear to be leaking.

The painted tops are better. I haven't seen any reports of the issues that happen with the MIC top. If I was going to buy a new Bronco, it would have the painted top.
The 10 speed auto has a lockout override, but its under the trim piece where the shifter is. It is possible to get the vehicle...
Thanks for posting this - I am going to go double check my coolant reservoir because I have been losing a few ounces of coolant between oil changes, and there is a distinct coolant smell on the passenger side of the engine bay that I can't seem to locate the leak for.
I asked because I know a lot of folks have seen a lot of metal in the diff oil during the differential break-in period. I changed mine, and based on what I saw in the oil I'm glad I did. No way that wouldn't contribute to premature failure.

Many people have lifted their top by the mounting locations for the rack. I have a hoist and have done it dozens of times without issues. Many other members have been doing it for years. I've never seen anyone report any issues from lifting the clam shell from the rack mounting locations...
Seems like everyone has had a ton of vehicles. It's been over 30 years since I was 16, and it's just 5 vehicles for me, and I still own 3 of them.

Are you going to offer the enclosure only? I'd like to move to an 8" sub, but I've already invested in my kicker key 500.1 when I replaced my fake sub that Ford installed. The 6.75" sub just doesn't have quite enough for me.
If anyone ends up replicating a 3d model for this, I'd be interested to try printing them in polycarbonate or nylon to see if that might be a viable option as well.
