  1. FILSON FIRE BRONCO

I love my Jac shirts. Two should be all I’ll need for life. Would be cool to tie Matching materials into the bronco.
  2. Mabett wants to design a key case, any good ideas?

Perhaps modular on the button. For example my base fob only has three buttons instead of four, but most offerings on Amazon have details for four buttons
  3. Clicking noise- soft top - rear passenger corner

I think that pin is a stationary locator pin on the vehicle. That slot on the soft top brack should sit fully on the pin
  4. Clicking noise- soft top - rear passenger corner

Thank you much! I hadn’t thought of looking In the manual, but that’s what it’s for haha. I’ll do this later and report my findings.
  5. Clicking noise- soft top - rear passenger corner

@Ford Motor Company have you gotten any other reports of this?
  6. Clicking noise- soft top - rear passenger corner

Good question! I’ll investigate where it gets close to the frame and look for signs of contact. Again not a big deal… can’t be heard over the radio. Just annoying
  7. Clicking noise- soft top - rear passenger corner

Yeah I could describe it the same way. I’ve been able to replicate the noise by tapping the top of the top, but cant find where metal to metal would be hitting.
  8. Clicking noise- soft top - rear passenger corner

At ~1800mi my soft top developed a click. Sounds like it’s coming from the rear passenger corner. Only when I hit bumps (even small ones). Assuming it’s metal to metal contact when the rear makes vertical motion. Nothing major by any means… just annoying because I notice every new sound the car...
  9. Can I get Base Bronco 4-door with remote start and heated seats?

You’ll have remote start from your phone! Which is nice. and for heated seats, no. But FWIW I bought my base assuming that coming from my 2018 Acadia (plush vehicle) I would immediately want to install a seat heater kit— I was wrong. Whatever material Ford used in the base cloth seats is so...
  10. Base Model Owners: Official Thread

I just didn’t need Sasquatch for my use (logging trails at most)- but I agree with you 100%. Base is the best value. I opted for v6, but that’s just because I could. In my Opinion the Bronco isn’t a $50k vehicle, and wasn’t designed to be, so why buy anything more than a base?
  11. Bronco Rattler šŸ¤·šŸ¼‍ā™‚ļø

Haha thought this post would be about the rattle noises my rig makes when it’s below 35 out šŸ˜‚ 1800 miles and rattles already. But what else to expect! Still love it!! @Ford Motor Company
  12. New front plate bracket?

So basically those unlucky customers will have two extra holes drilled thanks to the dealership…
  13. New front plate bracket?

If you see that bracket has the same profile as the body around the lower part of grille. Mounts into those original screw holes
  14. New front plate bracket?

They installed those upside down! Haha. I have the same on mine but it sits in flush and is very sturdy. Theirs are upside down
  15. Max tire size for Base (no lift/crash bar removal)

285 75 r16 on stock base. No rub, bars still on:
  16. Oil Change Interval Calculator

There’s a chart in the owners manual that recommends intervals based on driving style and vehicle use.
  17. TOW HITCH FIT 21 vs 22

Could be that their engineers haven’t validated it yet with 22’s… thus they can’t say so on their websites. Even if they know it will fit, it’s best practice to validate claims before making them
  18. Bronco Base Build

    6 or 4 banger?
  19. Alternating Hard and Soft Top? My fellow mechanically inclined friends give me your thoughts

FWIW I’ve loved the soft top so far! It’s seen 0F days and 60F days and is pleasant in both. I’ll just want a quieter ride and ski rack in the long term
  20. Alternating Hard and Soft Top? My fellow mechanically inclined friends give me your thoughts

Talking from no experience other than owning a soft top 4-door. This what I hope to do when the hardtop market becomes more like the wrangler’s (existent and affordable)…. ST in summer and HT in winter. Mine came with hard top prep kit and from what it looks like the hard top just bolts on.
