Not weird at all, IMHO. Dealers aren't making much from these vehicles, so I was never expecting concierge service on this one. I've heard from mine sporadically, but mostly when I've prodded. Can't recall any time when they were forthcoming.

Unfortunately, it is not visible yet, but having the VIN makes it feel a little closer to reality.
