Honestly in the video they had on their site for both, I didnāt hear much of a difference in tone. I used headphones and just could hear a little deeper tone with the outlaw which is great, but the HP gained and price steered me to the FX.
Only prep was sanding with a sponge sand pad. Then I wiped each down with alcohol to clean and I only used 3/4 can of the gray, and 1/2 can of clear for all 5. The hardest part was getting the rings off. They used loctite on the bolts and if you donāt use the t-plus torx they will strip.
How long did it take you to get them? I had them on preorder when they first announced, but after a few months of nothing, I cancelled. Might put an order in again if they are up to speed on production.
So just to be clear, we have to order a separate amber on top of the all white kit order cost. No switching one in the original kit for the same price. Just want to make sure it is a separate order.
