  1. 74 Weld brake line pressure loss

Are they sending slightly longer lines? That looks like they are a good 4 or 5mm, too short for that range of motion.
  2. Manual transmission scraping noise / grinding sound

2022 at 32,000 miles. Fall, winter, and spring on cold mornings I hear a noise with moderate acceleration until warmed up. To me it didn't sound like scraping but more like pinging sounds, ever at idle, only under load. Dealer had it overnight, and determined it's in the transmission and will...
  3. ForScan "Development"/Discovery - How it Happens?

I expect what they do is the get access to the main computer, have a harness that lets them get in between the signal lines and they just data log power on, startup, and some driving. They can then look at what locations the engine computer is looking at in memory at different points. That...
  4. 2025 Bronco Announced: New Standard Equipment, 12" Gauge Cluster, Rear Air Vents on 4-Door, Sound Insulation, Factory Matte Clear Film

Sasquatch on the Base is today is $8,460k. That's still a pretty good deal for the hardware you get. $6,590 back in 2022 was a steal. 2 door base bronco for the 2022 model year MSRP was $31,595. Hmm, the configurator doesn't have the auxiliary switches available on the few models I just...
  5. 2025 Bronco Announced: New Standard Equipment, 12" Gauge Cluster, Rear Air Vents on 4-Door, Sound Insulation, Factory Matte Clear Film

2 Door in Minnesota, and have never had complaints from the grand kids in the back.
  6. 2025 Bronco Announced: New Standard Equipment, 12" Gauge Cluster, Rear Air Vents on 4-Door, Sound Insulation, Factory Matte Clear Film

Yikes, a base sasquatch is now about 8k more than in 2022. Still a good value, but in 2022 it was a steal I guess.
  7. My Build So Far

I didn't see this get answered, so I'll share it's AccuTune that makes the Ride Shocks and sells them, they will work with you to get the right spring and valving for your application.
  8. Auto Start Stop Feature - Brake Pressure Loss

I'm assuming you missed stating that? How hard were you pushing down on the pedal? How long were you waiting? I would ask the dealer to take a look personally because anything weird with brakes needs the dealer take a look. I can see lots of opportunities for user error here. But you don't...
  9. Headlights turned on automatically when parked

Thanks, I didn't find the threads in my search. The weird thing is it has happened since day one. So I guess I'll bring it in.
  10. Headlights turned on automatically when parked

So over the 2 or so years I've had the bronco I've had a number of times where I get back into the bronco and have the chime going off, and a look at the headlights show on in the dash, but the control is not lighting a position it is in. I will turn it to on, then off, then back to auto where...
  11. Sas wheel offset

Just a lift will not allow clearance for some 37's.
  12. Sas wheel offset

Stock SAS wheels have a 30mm offset. Going to a 0 offset wheel moves the sidewall of the tire out (away from the frame) 1.8" Just changing the wheel offset will not improve clearance for 37" tires. Not sure what your question was, but I am confident in these answers.
  13. [INSTALL VIDEO] LOBO Off Road HNT Bumper + Crash Bar Erase & Brace System

Same setup I'm looking to do, but also take advantage of their hidden mount I think.
  14. 2022 Bronco Badlands Sasquatch 40,000-Mile Long Term Wrap [Car and Driver]

The clutch in my 1993 Thunderbird SC lasted over 100k miles until I replaced it with something stronger during my engine upgrade. (190 crank hp to 440 rw HP) The Dual Clutch module in my 2014 Ford Focus was replaced 3 times before 30k due to design problems, though the last one made it to 80k...
  15. The My Bronco DAMAGE / BATTLE SCARS Thread -- Post Yours Up

I guess I don't even take a second look at scratches on the wheels. So far the PPF on the hood and front fenders has taken most of the beating. Maybe some scratches in the clear coat on the doors and rear fenders, but with the Cyber Orange color you just won't see that at all. The most...
  16. Where Wednesday? Show Us Favorite Location to Take Your Bronco

Minnesota, has some fun places. The Iron Range Offroad park in Gilbert MN is great. Grand son getting a big rock out of the way for me.
  17. Winching vs Pulling Deadfall

I pulled 4' concrete deck footings out of the ground with a recovery strap and backing up. Just be smart about what you are doing. A free tree just laying in the road, pulling it off should be no sweat forwards or backwards in the bronco. Main reason why pulling is better is related to safety...
  18. Apparently this isn't considered warranty

Harness rubbing through is warranty every day. They build them to not rub, so if it does rub it is a manufacturing or design defect making it warranty.
  19. Does Ceramic Window Tint really Work?

Ceramic tint can reject the most heat for a non-metallic film. You can get heavier metallic films but they are darker and cell phone or any radio inside the vehicle will suffer. Ceramic Tints pass RF Frequencies so no additional decrease in signal is caused by ceramic tints.
  20. Kinda Dumb Off-Roadeo Policy

The problem is you aren't talking to a human so they are taking your writing very specific. Here is what you do to ensure you create a problem that they can solve. Right no you are asking hypothetical things, and all they can do is say no. You have an account right now with 2 vins. Pick which...
