There's a valve on the side of the pod behind the bracket that you can open to allow this to outgas. If it doesn't or comes back, shoot us a PM with your order details and we can have the LED pod replaced for you!

It's not a variant of the tail lamps, rather a drop in upgrade reverse light module that contains the amber LED and wiring. Here's a couple videos I took during prototyping.

Sorry for the confusion there, you're correct that the magnets will only work in one direction. We're looking into whether or not we can offer this kind of magnet material in black currently.

Hey Brian, From what we can tell from the one we just did in house, it's all in how the light-bar is set when installed. Try loosening the bolts and sliding slightly forward to see if that provides any relief.

Hey there! There are small guide fins along the mirror cap that need to be precisely in line for the cap to clip in fully. Also, there's a rubber gasket at the base of the mirror arm that you need to keep an eye on as it can push on the end of the cap, making it bow out.

They should shut off with the buffer period.
