yes, I believe the warranty is three years, but you’re just outside the warranty and a lot of companies would take care of something so obvious for the sake of goodwill.

Have you tried ti get it covered by warranty? You have nothing to loose by asking them to cover it?

I assume the DSP amp has a usb to connect a computer, does the software for the computer DSP use a microphone?

So I caught some road debris and broke my grill. I’m trying to find part numbers for the off white grille letters but all I see are overlays. Also, I assume new oem grills do not come with letters, right? Would new letters need to be plastic welded to the grille?

NMEA (national Marine electronics Association) has the same policy for boat wiring. Crimps only, no solder to splice wires. For the same reason.
