Correct. I have not loaded the new program on the Bronco. From Migo’s earlier post I don’t anticipate any issue there. But of course won’t know until it is complete.
FP got my ProCal with the Performance Tune updated with the Rack Upgrade software today. Details on the other thread.

Success to report. FP got back to me today with simple steps and the Rack Upgrade is on my ProCal. This is a ProCal with the Performance Tune, the Tune was already installed on the Bronco. I was getting the error trying to use the Rack voucher code and today it came through on the PC with no...
I already had the tune installed successfully on my Bronco and I am still working with FP on the error for the rack upgrade. Today they asked me to update my ProCal again. I got the usual error with the Steering rack voucher code, and thought I would try using the original voucher code that...
I am fortunate in that I did not try to install mine yet, so vehicle is still up and running. I am waiting on suspension parts from Baja Kits and planning to so the install when I already have everything off so I am good for a little longer wait. Just crazy that you have to buy the Pro-Cal...
I have been trading calls and emails with the Ford Performance folks for 3 weeks now since my rack came in. Today's exchanges they asked for the screen shot of the module screen on the Pro Cal when plugged into the Bronco to see the vin current config etc. Said they may be able to use this to...
I have been trading emails with Ford Performance today and it seems that if you just get the regular Pro-Cal with no Tune then the software should load. If you are like me and got the Pro-Cal with the performance Tune, then they still don't have instructions yet to get it to work. I am still...
What number did you call to get an engineer to do the behind the scenes thing for yours to work. I have the voucher code but still get the error when I try to update my ProCal unit. I called the tech line Thursday and they had no information and asked me to send an email. Sent one and have...
Just picked mine up and as @Migo said my voucher paper was under the foam glued to the top of the box. I wanted to make sure it was there so opened it up at the dealer I picked it up from to confirm I could find it. Had to rip the foam off the lid to get to it. Mine is also white vs yellow...
Ordered this rack and the Pro Cal tune together on the Ford Performance site. Then realized almost every other vendor has the Pro Cal for $130 less than Ford does. Called them and this is a non returnable item and no cancelation allowed. Bottom line, don’t over spend like me and shop for the...
Just ordered mine - said to expect 2 weeks for delivery. Got the 15% off the first 1k ($150 savings), and free shipping to a local dealer. Did not have the Ford Tune yet but happy to add that at the same time. I have a BajaKits pre-runner package coming so will get to do this install at the...
I think I got it sorted out for the CV Boot clamps I need. Still don't see any parts for the new boots but I believe I found some quality replacement clamps, so as long as I don't damage a boot, I should be all set. I found Oetiker clamps on https://hcl-clamping.com/ and they seem to be what...
Do you have the part number for this boot repair kit? Doing the BajaKits pre runner and adding their extended axle. Was going to put new boots on at the same time and Ford says I can only gets boots on a whole new axle, no separate boot kit? Thanks!
Leveled out the back area of our 2 Door Bronco Badlands to be better for our dog and provide more room to carry luggage on trips. We still need to rear seats sometimes so did not want to do a rear seat delete. Instead, we just made a small platform to level the area and then used a heavy...
I appreciate the vote of confidence. I am a few hours away for sure, up near McKinney in the Metroplex. Hopefully you can find a good handyman close by to do it for you. Not a bad job at all.
I did a full video of the install of my Harken Hoister for the 2 Door Bronco. Over on my build thread if anyone is interested. I did 53" spacing of the hooks front to rear and 48" wide hooks on the front and 47" wide on the back that gave me the 2" on each side they recommend. Link to thread...
Finally got my Harken Hoister mounted on the ceiling and got the top off of Pebbles. I have seen some pictures of the Harken set up for a Bronco but no full videos so hopefully this will help someone out. Bottom line, I think it works great.
Full set up and install video for the Harken...
