Got the hammock, it's my first, not bad. Upgraded the straps to match the Badlands orange stitching. 😀
Now I can really "hang in there" while waiting for my two door like most of you..
I originally ordered a manual 2dr Badlands, but after driving a V6 4dr Badlands last week changed my order to what you've reserved; a V6 2dr Outer Banks (non-Sas). Those MGV seats are wonderful, but got too warm too fast and it wasn't a hot day. Plus, I got honest with myself about all that...
I drove a Badlands yesterday and can confirm driver's side lumbar adjustment in the manual MGV seats. Along with the telescopic and height adjustable steering wheel, I was pleasantly surprised at how configurable the cockpit is with the few adjustments. Very comfortable seats! However, kinda...
@s_white21 , thanks for your post! Have you been able to compare the OBX cloth seats to any others? For example, the Big Bend or WildTrak cloth seats? If so, how would you rank them for the quality of the materials and comfort? Thanks!

We have several other vehicles to cover all the other bases of commuting, groceries, lumber yards, cross town visits, cross country visits, motorcycle rides, convertible rides, off-road trail rides, you name it. But this 2-door is going to be my ultimate adventure vehicle. Looking...
I was actually wondering how the auto-start-stop worked on a Ford manual transmission vehicle so thought looking thru the manual of a modern Mustang would give me a clue. Nope, the Mustang doesn't have the feature!
That's pretty close to my order: 2-door Race Red Badlands, but with the "base" Badlands wheels. And manual transmission, high package, towing & roof rack. Getting closer every day!!!
Because the tow package seems so simple but yet is a constrained commodity item, I suspect there's something else baked into the suspension, frame, drivetrain or electronics that hasn't been revealed yet. So, I'm keeping it on my order.
