But what bothers me is…, I see no reason why he flatout refused to use the front locker on the Bronco???

Just a note:
On turbo charged engines when the turbos spool up they deliver positive pressure to the intake manifold, thus the catch can in that instance is receiving full boost pressure... So instead of pulling vacuum from the crankcase, the engine is blowing pressure in the opposite...
Full Year to date builds are 21,623 Ford Bronco's.
Of those.... 6,808 have been released to the public (aka sold)
80% of the orders are hard tops.... However the majority of the 6,808 are mainly softtops.
My gut tells me they will fill the First Edition's (7000 units) delivered by the end of...
I completely agree!!!! COKING on the intake valves has been addressed with the advent of port injection.
However.....
Another thing to consider is.... this turbo charged 2.7 puts positive pressure into the manifold which temporarily shuts down the vacuum required to pull vapors from the PCV...
The wave in the plastic window is there to accommodate the back lifting up.
If it was stretched tight you would not be able to open up the back. You would have to stoop to load the rear.
I do agree it looks funky… I guess Ford chose function over form.

With catch can between the PCV and the manifold,…. on my turbo engine it makes positive pressure to the PCV when the turbos spool up (vacuum at idle).
Is it a good idea to put a check valve between the manifold and the outlet side of the catch can...

The rear seat delete should be a factory option…. This totally changes the utility use of this vehicle…
It is also very much like the original Bronco as I always pull the rear seats out of my ‘75 to haul stuff around.
