550 per shift is extremely high. Are they 8 or 10 hour shifts? 430 working minutes in an 8 hour shift would put their takt time around 45 seconds. When I was a manufacturing engineer we shot for 1 vehicle a minute. Usually averaged about 400 a shift, and our plant was very efficient.

All fair points. I guess when I said cheap out, I meant that I expected a 10R80 when I checked the 10 speed option box. I wonder how long it will take the aftermarket to crack the bronco ecu. I don’t think the C8 factory ecu has been cracked yet.
