I also use a generic bluetooth OBDII adapter from Amazon (like less than $20) connected to a cheap Android tablet with the Torque app and it works fine for reading and clearing codes on multiple different cars.

The only thing I can think of is that it never made it onto a rail car yet. I’ve tried chat about 6 times with 6 different people and none of them could provide a rail car number over the past 10 days.

Your dealer installed the Bronco script? Did you ask them to do that? Use braided fishing line to cut thru the adhesive between the badge and the vehicle. Some heat will help soften the remaining adhesive. Soft cloth soaked with WD40 also helps and won't damage the paint, just clean it off...

I'm screwed. I got my "Shipped" status on 9/3, about one week ago. Should be heading to Charlotte by rail. Neither Ford Chat or my dealer can see any info regarding my rail car number. Which probably means it is staged for shipping at MAP and hasn't been loaded yet. 8/22 blender. :(
