I had KO3’s installed recently. These only came in E rated. The side walls are stiffer, but I haven’t noticed a huge difference in ride quality.

I think I would be fine. Nut the Everglades rims have a different offset from stock (wheel is pushed out further). So wanted to be sure that the 34" tire is fine with crash bars an stock ride height. Don't want to make a costly mistake.
I put Everglades rims on my non-sas Badlands with stock 285/70/R17 tires. I would like to go with 285/75/R17 tires on it, but only if they work WITHOUT having to add a lift or remove crash bars.

You don't have to damage anything to get the lock cylinder out. I had to sacrifice my old glove box to figure out how the lock cylinder works. Turns out it's remarkably simple. I made a video showing how the mechanism works, and how to remove it so that you can swap lock cylinders. Video:
