Still won’t let me check out using points through the Ford Pass app on an iPhone.
Took a lot of refreshing, but using Brave browser (with everything turned off) on my Macbook was able to add to the cart, eventually select to send to a dealer, use a discount code, redeem reward points for the...
Teach yourself something, all tires are required to list their weight amounts on them, mind you that’s at the max psi. Those C rated KO2’s will give you everything you are looking for based on my experience with them on multiple different vehicles in last ten years. Going up to E on the KO2 was...
Received mine today packs up smaller than I thought it would. Voids your warranty if you use a pump to inflate accordingly to and add-on slip in the package.
I hope my dog is appreciative to how much I spent for a mattress for him.
The large piece in the back that has the cross rail and the item that clasps to the roof has a ford logo on the bottom with a part number.
The Broaddict cross rail that I have came with silver/stainless screws, where the OEM roof racks and the rack itself all use black torx hardware.
I hear ya, I was going back and forth between Goose Gear and AAL, but I knew when I saw the slide-out tailgate work in a 2-door, I wanted to start with that, because having that tailgate is going to make everything easier in such a small vehicle.
I actually ordered the DeepSleep I figured with...
You are going to have trouble mounting it directly to that, I can't see a safe way to mount it unless you are able to mount something like Expedition Essentials Propane Quick Bottle Mount. I've tried a large Quick Fist, but it doesn't fit well around a 5lb propane bottle...
Check out this post, he made it level out:
https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/2-door-slideout-tailgate.68378
There's about 1 foot 4 inches left to level out, where the floor goes down, then you'd have whatever room between the front seats. He also made extra boards for when the front...
Haven't been keeping up with my postings, but I have been busy working on the Bronco.
I last left you all at installing the TrailRax and the Superlite. When I got the Superlite on a few days later there was loud creaking and a lot of air noise. I tried moving the Superlite back so the front was...
I was able to hold it up and get the first upper screw in and then hold it up for the second one. I'm only 145lbs and 5'11 so most folks can do the same.
Got mine today and installed it.
First, I watched the video and read through the instructions. There was no way to get the little bars through the opening on the right (when the door is open) side of the tailgate, luckily there is a rather large hole next to them, so I was able to carefully put...
Thanks to you I got it installed on mine today:
I ended up using rubber bushings to make the existing bolt somewhat level with the attachment bolt.
One thing I found strange, is the rear (closet to the rear door) mounting points (holes) on the slide-out weren't threaded and weren't large...
Yep, that's where I got the idea from. I mounted it to my Built Right Industries Molle panels, but that last a day because I installed the slide-out tailgate and those panels aren't compatible without some modification. For now, I might just use self-taping screws and mount it on the plastic...
I just saw a 4-door Bronco with a snorkel in Hutto, TX this afternoon they were moving so I couldn’t see which brand it was, but I think it’s the Airaid. Wonder what the think of it.
I have the Desert Armor over ladder item and my dog won't use it. The problem is you need a really really long ladder to get the angle to make it comfortable for the dog to walk down it, going up seems to be fine.
I gave up with my dog and now bring a Decathlon 2-second tent and set it up...
I had creaks and bad wind noise when I put my tent up on mine. From research, move the wind fairing up as high as it will go and put something (I used zip ties, others have used felt, velcro) in between the fairing and the side rails. Doing that fixed my creaks and a ton of the wind noise. Good...
Thank you so much, I ordered one when I read your post and just got notification that it was shipped. Any chance you have measurements of the front portion your recreated to be level with the slide-out?
