You can probably wrap a sock around the buckle and see if the sound changes. I had that problem in my pickup and figured out I could turn the buckle a half turn against the seat and it stopped.

I think a play here is two-fold: Your customers only value what you price to, and dealer channel incentives. The latter may play out with dealers ordering the package for the Bronco they stick out on the risers at the dealership, draw eyeballs, etc., then they maybe sell other (cheaper) Broncos...
