I went with a Base model knowing I'd tear it apart over time, plus my payment would be minimal.
So many upgrades will be available after market. I would imagine over time you can create a very cool Bronco. That's my plan. Just a thought.
Well this is,
I'm putting a soft top on mine, and am willing at this point to take whatever I can get.
I would however be all over Ford to provide as many tops as it takes to get it right.
Perhaps a "rider" in sales contract stating failure of MIC top is covered in perpetuity.
I'm very partial to 2 door, but understand having a family and a 4 door. SAS was a production constraint. Holding out for a 2 door was enough pain. I didn't desire to add to a problematic build. Hopefully, Ford is on track with their production forecast. I am beyond skeptical at this point...
Original order was Base SAS in white. Then removed SAS (to speed up order) and changed to A51 color, then changed to Cactus Grey. So much time has gone by (+460 days). I feel for anyone waiting longer. Weirdest vehicle buying experience ever.
Thanks! Ford says it will be built. Originally received 7/27 build date and then was moved to June... but others have been promised build dates as well so skeptical
but hopeful.
Would like to join.
Received VIN and 6/20/22 build date. I'll believe when it actually happens.
My Bronco is a Base model. 2.3 with AT, aux switches in cactus gray. No lift.
33" Mickey Thompson's with America Racing AR62 matte black outlaw rims.
( I took this pick of a similar build from Ryder...
