  1. 9/5/22 Build week group

I just answered a WTB ad in the classifieds here. If no one has a current ad looking for the handle delete plate, you could always start a WTT ad and I guarantee someone will trade you their handle. I hope you get your Bronco quickly!
  2. 9/5/22 Build week group

Thanks. It's just a Base with the only options being 2.7L and auxiliary switches. I added the Badlands take-off wheels/tires and the Badlands/Wildtrak grille painted satin black. The bumpers are JCR Offroad Crusader series, and I added their engine skid as well. Steps are Go Rhino D6's. Lights...

  5. JcrOffroad’s new Crusader front and rear bumper!

Got most of my project done today (bumpers. engine skid, and steps). I still need to get the lighting wired up, and I ran into trouble with the license plate relocation bracket -- the mount when installed was just too big to install the spare tire on it. When we put the spare onto the bracket...
  6. JcrOffroad’s new Crusader front and rear bumper!

Thank for the reply. Our first problem was that we needed to remove the stamped steel factory pieces that are outboard of the frame. Once we figured out, we checked out the same video you referenced, but the brackets install slightly different on the Crusader. It didn't help that we had each on...
  7. JcrOffroad’s new Crusader front and rear bumper!

Got the front bumper and engine skid on. We've removed the factory rear bumper and are now at a standstill. There are no included instructions, nor any online videos we can find to install this thing. I'm not looking forward to putting the stock bumper back on so I can drive it home. Hope we can...
  8. Give a shout out to your dealership if they honored MSRP pricing

Hobson Ford in Bedford, Indiana honored our original MSRP agreement, as well as giving me $2K in price protection for MY22 plus gave me a refund for the $100 delivery charge increase.

  10. 9/5/22 Build week group

Good deal! It's a good feeling, isn't it? A friend and I are tearing into my Bronco in an hour to add my mods. It's probably going to take a few hours. Lol!
  11. *Hurricane Ian StickerFab Update*

My order arrived Wednesday, so I barely beat the storm. Lol! Glad everyone is okay! Stay safe!
  12. 9/5/22 Build week group

Hopefully this weekend. I'm planning to add bumpers and steps this weekend, so I'm holding out for better pics. Lol!
  13. 9/5/22 Build week group

Finally picked mine up from the dealership last night after a 9/16 delivery. It had been there the 13 days since delivery waiting on a service appointment to get the speedometer calibrated for the bigger tires. I didn't want to mess with getting rides to pick it up and take it back, so I just...
  14. Is Demand softening?

I'm hoping to pay mine off in 18 months.
  15. 9/5/22 Build week group

I'm hoping to pick mine up tomorrow. It's been at the dealership two weeks Friday. I do visit it on Saturdays. LOL! The dealership wasn't able to get it entered into their books, etc. for three or four days. On the fifth day, they had me come in and sign papers and pay for it. One week in, they...
  16. Bug Protection Ideas…Anyone?

I ordered the same one (Aeroskin II) from Ford this week since it was on sale for $71.20, and it arrived two days later. I'm hoping to get around to installing it this weekend.
  17. Pre-order live!! A new innovative ARB Twin Compressor mount (within spare tire mount)

I have a Base, which doesn't have a locker option unless you have the Sasquatch package. 😞 As for air lockers being stronger, they say the air-powered ones have 800 pounds of holding pressure versus 6 pounds for the Bronco's electric one. I have zero idea if that's important or just marketing hype.
