Ford does not keep track of C-D which covers the mid-year price increase. Dealers have been notified and it's up to them to pass it on to the buyer or pocket it.

What does your window sticker invoice date say? Refer to page 1. This should determing if you are C or D

He's motivated to get this resolved and willing to share the document. I don't know why he's not posting it publicly but I don't want to be the first one. By you requesting this from him, he may want to guage how many buyers have the same issue. I messaged you anyways. Good luck

It depends on what the signed order really means to convey. If it just conveys what you are ordering then it doesn't protect you on pricing. I don't see anyone winning their case with a signed order.

Thanks for pointing this out that we only need the Feb announcement. I didn't realize how that worked but it makes sense now.

As you may know, the dealer is getting the price protection amounts for the feb and march increases. They were notified with these documents: 1. C&1/Pricing Announcement: EFC12360 and 2. C&1/Pricing Announcement: EFC12491 Hopefully we all get this straightened out before pickup.

Hi Folks, my 3/6 build week bronco is coming in May. We are trying to get clarity from our dealer if we are getting price protection for the price increase this year. Apparently, some dealers are not acknowledging this and passing it to the buyer. What are you seeing about this?

Thanks, this is good to know that the audit is mentioned for the previous price protections. Do we have or anyone have the PGM statement for the March 15th increase and corresponding price protection? I would love to see that PGM.

Thanks. I guess it could also be said what is implied that some dealers will opt not to pass that on to the customer. I was just wondering if there is an expectation to pass this to the user (from Ford). I guess in this case there is not.
