I previously recd an email for built and shipped. But no email for delivery. Actually, this past Friday, I got an email saying delivery was delayed, which was odd bc I knew it was only a couple of hours away. Here’s my tracker as of today- it did update:

This is correct - it’s a computer and it’s annoying! Hang up if it transfers to a human. We aren’t supposed to have the number!! I called 1 (800) 235-2352. Make sure you call from a quiet area - stupid computer is very sensitive!
