I have a Dana 60 also and asked RK when they'll have a truss ready for it. They said they were working on it but who knows when it will be done. How much custom fab work did you have to do to get the truss to work?

It adds up in a hurry. I just got it back from the shop yesterday...added rockslide engineering steps and +60 offset beadlocks to bring the tires in a couple of inches I added Rockslide Engineering steps and +60 offset beadlocks

Sadly....yes. and I didn't plan to do any of this...I just kept wanting better clearance so this is my 3rd lift.🤣

Not sure about the joints...I've never looked 😁. The clearance is impressive...last time out at Sand Hollow in January I think we touched skid plated once out of 2 different 7 rated trails

Are you talking about the Dana 60? I believe it's stock width. I have a ton of poke right now with +30 offset sasquatch wheels. I'm putting on a set of +70 offset wheels to bring the wheels in a bit

It sounds like it's the tire size change I did at the same time. I was able to clear the other DTCs except the ones related to the tire size

I changed my tire size about 1.5 years ago when I put 37s on and didn't have any errors. I just changed my axle ratio to 4.88 (had Dana 60 installed a while ago) and changed my tire size back to 2800 and still getting errors

What is the max tire size that can be entered?

Hey I just installed the flush mounts and made the forscan changes and now I have a bunch of DTCs related to the Body Control Module. I double checked the changes and they are accurate. Any experience with this or suggestions?

@TheKim $2,500 for both. I actually twisted one of the axle tubes on the D44 stock rear end so I figured I would upgrade.
