I was stuck at IHB for four days, and just got the update this morning that mine was handed off to BNSF as well. Let's get this train on the express, no stops, track!
In can take a few days for your Bronco to leave MAP. I got the shipped email, but the vehicle didn't actually leave Wayne MI until three days later. Try calling the CSX now, it might be loaded and moving by now. Mine shipped 9/5 and hasn't made it past Illinois/Indiana...
Is there a way to track rail cars on BNSF with out calling them directly? I can find information to track rail cars on CSX (and IHB, thanks to one of your earlier posts), but don't see any automated phone numbers or online tools on BNSF.
My Bronco has been hanging out at IHB railyard in...
@GrabberBlue - Did your Bronco come via BNSF? My Bronco shipped 9/5 and I was expecting it to come via Union Pacific, but a railroad car tracker with another rail company indicates that it will transfer to BNSF.
I just stumbled upon IHB this morning in my research to understand the rail way shipping process. Evidently, a large amount of rail cars with automobiles are processed through the Gibson yard. If anyone tracking their rail car has a location of blue island Illinois, I think that may be...
Thanks for the info! I am a month behind in you the rail watching game, and your post filled in the missing puzzle pieces! My rail car went to Blue Island IL, and is now in Gibson Indiana. Google maps pulled up Gibson County, which is definitely differentiated from the Gibson Yard in Hammond...
I totally get the anticipation of waiting for the shipped email. I received my shipped email on 9/5, and since that date, my railcar has made it to.... wait for it... Wayne, Michigan. Just a reminder (talking to myself as well), there is a need for patience. Getting the built and shipped...

I figured this had to be a bot that accumulated this article, but it actually appears to be a real individual that claims automotive experience. In his defense, I...
Got my built email.
7/13 reservation
1/21 order
9/2 blend date (375/820)
9/2 modules popped
9/4 built email
9/26 to 10/2 estimated delivery to Mesa Arizona.
That’s so cool. I am 4178 so right behind you. Bad news is that I have to be up early! I don’t how much later I can make it. Might have to wake up to an surprise tomorrow.
I might be next at 4178. No news. I wasn’t expecting modules to update until tomorrow. Do I have that right? I still check about every hour, well, because I can.
Not sure if there is an advantage to adding one more 9/2 guy to the party. I am 375/820 (4178) and also enjoying the excitement.
My window sticker also says rail, so I am guessing thats a longer wait than convoy... Oh, the anticipation!
Thanks for the update, and pictures really do a good job emphasizing your point! I am located in Gilbert, and super interested to follow your build and future announcements.
Btw, not sure if you are saving these Picts to coincide with future announcements, but there may be many on the main...
Got nothing for you. I have yet to see a Bronco in the wild!
I just received notice last week that I have a 8/30 build week, so I may still be a month or two away. Really looking forward to a delivery!
Just stumbled into Regional Forum - I normally peruse on my phone... Excited to see what you do with the Bronco! Keep the posts coming.
Also, I thought I read on one of your other posts that you needed to assess damage after taking it wheeling. Any items of significance to report?
I purchased the R1 ceramic sealant, now I am just waiting on my bronco. This will be the first vehicle I am using the ceramic coating on, and spent the extra money on R1 after experimenting with lower priced brands at Walmart. The restoration shop that did a vehicle for my dad highly...
I don’t post a lot here, but have spent many hours on this forum for the last year. It gave me something to look forward to, when we were in the COVID depression. Maybe we are still in this depressing COVID situation.
I am not sure if Stigs actions were in a gray area or a distinct infraction...
