    They initially offered my $38,000. After talking to Zach they came back with $45,000 and said they got the offer confused with another trade in. Which I doubt is the case. They’re just trying to save face with such a low offer.

    Ford refused to give it to me. Although some have had luck from Ford. But once I got the shipped email I messaged her and she responded right away with it. Ford told me CSX was upset with the amount of calls, even though the system is automated so I’m not sure.

    Keep us posted! And lucky you for getting someone on Ford Chat that’s providing more than a scripted response. The Bronco is in Omaha and I’m still getting a week long window for deliver, 5/7-5/13. I really hope it doesn’t take another 2 weeks to complete the last leg of this journey
