Yeah I would look at one real hard and go drive one if you can. I went to check out a ranger a few months ago and ended up buying one. The main reason I still have a Bronco res is how insane the resale market is right now. I could get out of the truck with no real financial hit at all if I...
Pretty underwhelming. Hopefully thatās not the final product or they really came up short on this one. It looks like a stock big bend with a sticker.
On the ranger their offerings are really underwhelming as well in my opinion. They have a tune that seems to be the same as the Ford Performance...
Iāll go against the grain and say stick with CG. Itās not about which one looks better under perfect light conditions when completely clean. Itās about which looks better most of the time.
I have a carb grey ranger. It looks great clean, dirty, sun, or clouds. Itās a nice shade in its own right...
If you actually do get a chance to check one out you will really like it. The Ranger is really under appreciated compared to the Tacoma. Drive both back to back and the difference is huge. The taco in its current form is a straight dog compared to the ranger. I think the 2.3 and 10R80 is a magic...
I really hope youāre just goofing with that Santa Cruz... Thereās another vehicle that makes just as much power as the 2.3, tows 7500lbs, and has a fully boxed frame. On top of thatās been out for 2 years and you can buy one today. Even comes in the same colors as the Bronco!
Itās called the...
I bought a 2021 Ranger FX4 and am going to keep my bronco reservation for 2022 and see how it plays out. I decided that even if I was offered a 2021, that there were too many sacrifices for the launch for my tastes. I want a color matched top and a paint color that I am in love with. I probably...
I already bought a Ranger FX4 and I love it. Iām still interested in the Bronco and with the sky high trade ins I wonāt lose much if anything on the ranger if I want out. I am moving my reservation to 2022 and waiting to see how it is received. Chances are by the time my build date comes around...
I love green itās easily one of my favorite colors on a vehicle but I would ditch it in a heartbeat for Kodak brown. Why does the sport get this and not the Bronco.
I donāt find the 10R80 to have any of those characteristics. Nearly everyone who owns a Ranger loves it including me. Sometimes the downshifts are somewhat aggressive but I wouldnāt say clunky or jerky and definitely not slushy. Itās a very nice transmission.
Iām only really surprised that so many here are surprised by these numbers at all. I also think that thereās still a group whoās going to be surprised that they never hit these numbers going down the highway on 35s at 75mph. With aerodynamics like this Iām thinking the MPG will drop hard at...
The only people thinking the 2.3 will be under powered are those who havenāt owned or driven one. My ranger rips itās a feisty little motor.
There are plenty of ranger guys running 35s now despite the gearing kits not being available yet so thatās with the factory 3.73. The 10 speed...
The 2019 ranger came with one for 2.3 but it was cut for subsequent model years. Kinda lame and it did offer some sound deadening. Sometimes people order it from the parts department and add it to the newer trucks. I imagine the 2.3 ranger cover will work just fine on the bronco.
I think it looks perfect and just needs new shoes. Iām selling the black appearance wheels and brand new hankooks atmās of my ā21 ranger which would be perfect on this.
Iām sure the aftermarket will be right there as people need somewhere to throw gobs of cash at their new bronco. Iām sure by the time most people actually get their truck that Fox, Bilstien, King, OME and others will have coil over kits available to get you 37s.
I have a new ranger with a 2.3EB. I have run a few tanks of gas through it but my initial impression is that the difference isn't noticeable. My engine isn't fully broken in but most people with rangers seem to report about 1-2mpg difference running 93. I am not fully convinced of that but it...
I too saw cactus and A51 next to each other when at the dealership. I initially thought CG was some ugly mint abomination but seeing it in person it is a really strong color. A51 is flat and boring and I generally like the flat color options but A51 did nothing for me. I ended up buying a '21...
I have seen a51 a few times now and itās honestly really boring. I initially liked it far more the cactus grey but after seeing a few CG rangers itās waaaay cooler the a51. The CG bronco crowd is getting a really cool color which is far different than my initial impression.
