Finally got mine last week, 639 days after reservation. Very happy with Westlie Ford in Washougal, WA. MSRP honored on all preorders, no need to haggle.
Oh I hear you there. And not just for the current vehicle situation. But also for time planning. I had three weeks of vacation available when we got the VIN and initial build week back in late October. So we quickly booked the Off Roadeo before they shut down for the winter. (That was so awesome...
I hear what you guys are saying about emotions playing into this. I had incredibly strong/high emotions the day I heard it shipped (64 days after blend). Terrible/low emotions when I heard it was at my local train depot with a new, unexplainable "Plant - Hold" on it (thinking it might be some...
Shipped via rail: Mar. 24th with ETA of 4/13-4/19
(on the 6th, my dealer was able to tell me the Bronco was at our local rail yard in Portland, OR over 2,300 miles from Wayne, MI)
Arrived at dealer/picked up: April 14th
Yes! I'm understanding the hype now. Just got back from an hour joy ride thru rural curvy countryside with the wife at the wheel. She loves to drive and it really put a smile on her face! Especially in sport mode! Haha
First of many joy rides, outings, adventures as we build one of those...
Imagine my excitement on my birthday receiving a "Bronco" email from my dealer. Only to open it and find out my Bronco was at the local train depot but now with an unexplainable "Plant - Hold" on it. That sucked and I mopped around all day.
Contrast that with the excitement five days later and...
639 days and I finally get to see what Race Red looks like on a two door! She's here!
Big shout out to Jerry and the whole team at Westlie Ford in Washougal, WA!

Their website lists them as new vehicles. I've been told it's a bit of a problem because they get offers on them so they replace the photo with a message stating they are special customer orders. But you can see details about them including the VIN and window sticker. Mines been on their site...
According to email from Ford, mine quarantined at Ice mountain for over two months, has escaped and is forecast to arrive by rail at my dealership in a couple weeks! Will post photos then.
Speaking of, I've noticed my dealership has three Race Red broncos currently in the build-delivery...
My dealer emailed me this morning, "..Ford shows that your Bronco was released for shipment this morning at 0324 CT. The ETA is 4/13-4/19."!!!!!!
Haven't been able to get into the pizza tracker all day though to see if it confirms.
Early 7/14/20 reservation, 1/23/21 order, 10/15/21 re-order...
I loved your post and your personalized license plates! I too was a stock Badlands, then dropped down a level for the options that matted the most after getting to drive a demo. But I was Race Red from the very beginning. Well, since those photos of that Race Red Wildtrak surfaced a year ago...
I agree with 93_SVT_3503, more pics please! Especially the interior since I also ordered OBX, Race Red with Roast cloth interior! Main difference is that mine's going to be a 2-door...
