Can you elaborate a bit on the parts used in your firewall pass through? Is that piece glued in place?
thanks.
Superb install. Outstanding craftsmanship.
or modern enough to point out as a feature on the current chassis.

Unique frame concept.
Flexible and robust in operation...
This above is what I was trying to convey.
I'm not sure if there are more 'modes' to TC/SC other than on/off (and long press off) that you control with the button.
@BigMeatsBronco brings up a good point about Slippery having a more aggressive mode that can not be activated with the TC button.
The Bronco isn't that good. I think it looks better than a Wrangler, but if I was in OP's shoes I'd buy a 392 Wrangler. The glorious burble of a normally aspirated V8 will have you forgetting this shitty Ford experience in no time.
Besides, if you get stuck with another mediocre Ford dealer...
It sounds like the replacement TCU is not accepting the 'as built' firmware that is tied to your VIN and hosted on Ford servers.
@flip mentioning corrupt firmware on the server had me thinking...
The dealer/expert are probably using the tools at hand, meaning FDRS with your VIN pushing 'as...
The temporary 4x4 system faults seem to be poor programming of ABS/Traction/Stability system for off-road/trail conditions.
This is why I always use a GOAT mode. If there is any chance of Ford relaxing the nannies, it will be in one of the off-road only GOAT modes.
However, I have no faith Ford...
Then you should wait for the cheaper, and likely inferior fit and finish, product. (Waiting on mine, but from the video they look and fit OEM)
Everything is very expensive these days and just getting worse. It's the time of the 1%'ers. The rest of us get to choose between a roof over our heads...
I had a dash cam mounted there for a couple days and it partially blocked the light sensor on the back of the mirror. I think it made the mirror go in and out of night mode along with dimming the displays. It was very distracting so I removed the dash cam.
Mine does that often. I use the app to start the Bronco in the morning, then when I use it again to start the Bronco after commuting at the end of the day I have to quit the app to refresh it.
Lately I'm also getting a lot of 'failed to start', even when it does start...

I've not threatened my employer, or their livelihood.
When I'm ready to leave, I leave. I also give notice to not leave my employer in a bad spot. Burning bridges does not seem like a wise career choice. I've ended up working over people I've worked under before. No bad blood.
Are line workers...
In my experience, wage increase negotiations are a give on both sides. I ask for more money and in return I take on more work or responsibility.
I've not started from the side of (paraphrase), give me more money or I'll not only stop working, but I'll make sure your company can't do business...
