First of all. I wouldn't trust Ford of Upland with anything......Ford of Upland can suck it, IMO. They are literally like within 2 miles of my house and I choose to go elsewhere....
I went with a manual switch that I can turn on under the hood for the winch power.. I have the box switched to my Aux switches in cab. This is what my setup look likes.
I'm sure its too short. I verified like 3 times that my fluid was at 3.5 with hot transmission fluid on the little stock dipstick. Put the aftermarket dipstick in and it doesn't even touch the fluid. I took the top of the aftermarket dipstick tube off, That made the tube about 1.25 inches...
Brand new. PPE Aluminum Transmission pan 328053200. New in factory sealed bag, I threw the box away by accident. No damage. Prefer pickup in Southern California, Upland, 91784. Thanks. $200
I installed the PPE Deep Transmission pan yesterday. I drained 8 Qts/2 gallons of fluid prior to removing the stock pan. I ended up reusing the tortion bar bolts and cooler line bolt. No leaks so far. After the new pan was installed it took 10 Qts/ 2.5 gallons of fluid to get it between 3 and 4...
I just used a fish stick from the passenger side to the Drivers side near the fire wall, Took 30 seconds.
I've also used them for under carpets and head liners. They are good to have on hand and really have come in handy over the years...
