    As per another member Update 10/2023: RSE has fixed the battery drain problem and their steps now have a low power sleep mode. Contact RSE support to request an updated controller for older steps if you have battery drain issues.

    Took the tube doors off and put the doors back on for the winter. Took a few pics to show it in different looks. (This is the 38s I ride year round now)

    OK, so 38s I knew they fit BUT the question was the spare. ADD bumper came with a 3rd brake light bracket. At first I needed a 1in spacer due to that 3rd light bracket hitting the tire. I cut part of it off and then didn't need a spacer its like a perfect fit. See pics

    I will be adding these in a week as my new daily so I'll let you know how they ride and any issues with my setup. I plan on not riding with the spacers we will see how it goes. Any questions or pics needed just let me know.

    Just would like to add that Patagonia now comes in a D rated tire google it this will last longer as a street tire. When my daily 37s go out this will be what I make my daily 38s at. Right now the 38s are just my Offroad tire. Milestar Patagonia M/T-02 38X13.50R17 D/8PLY

    Sent mine in to the dealer over the winter and had mine painted. had the same problem

    BTW, I felt like I would see the shims but after install now its a after thought just part of the tube doors never even noticed now.

    May take a bunch of shims is what it is. I loosened my door bolts close on latch the tightened that way they would be in the right spot. I did this carefully so like as in make sure nothing is getting to tight or in a bind.
