Mine is still holding up. Are you adding the top right away or waiting? Clean with acetone, maybe it was to humid to to hot or cold outside. To be clear I'm just guessing. I would recommend waiting to put the top on.

I put KM3s 37s on at like 600 miles on my bronco. Then swapped to 38in Patanonia M/T02 at like 10k miles hands down I like the Patanonia M/T02 better on road and sand. Both do good in rocks never really did mud and still don't plan on it. Look at the first few pages of my 38s build ton of info...
