You unclamp them and slide the panels out the side under the rack. The front and middle panels can remove with the rack installed.

There isn’t a good reason to go that route. The suction cup solution has proved its concept. This makes for a quick removal part and doesn’t put any metal on the top of the body. We have used these SAP panels for almost 3 years with our Toyota brand; Victory4x4.

I have a capable bumper and winch plate. We used it for R&D. The plastic caps were trimmed for installing the winch plate. Can set it as a setup, winch plate and bumper if interested.

48 lbs without the hoop. 65 lbs with the hoop. We do not have plans for a different lower panel. Every bronco has the black rectangular cover, so it does look out of place.
