I didn't turn it off - it was in Auto Stop. Was probably sitting there for 5 min with the parking brake on, in neutral, but not touching any pedals. It's possible there was some kind of time-out, but I can't imagine 5 min of a fan going would drain my battery much...

Has anyone else come across this little glitch? I have a '22 Big Bend 2 door with 2.3 liter and manual tranny. With the Manual, the ASS kicks in at a stop when the tranny is in neutral and the clutch is out. Push the clutch in and the engine starts. I was sitting in the Post Office parking lot...

July 20,2020 here.... Hey Siri how many days.....OK, that's 616 days. Big Bend with no bells & whistles anymore. I have eliminated all the sins and constraints. No tow, no Paint Protection, 2.3L, ..Still no joy. No word. You can't convince me those 4 door soft tops have less chips than my 2 door...

It kinda is.... Paint Protection is a HUGE constraint.....

I have a 7/21/20 reservation. Yes, I'm losing hope. 2dr Big Bend... took off the tow pkg and paint protection months ago. Still not a word. WTF? This is becoming beyond ridiculous. 588 days and counting (but trying not to).

I like it a lot! My biggest worry is that someone will copy it, streamline it, and cash in big time:eek:, but now we all have access to the original design. Thanx!:cool:
