I had my dealer install an undercoat of sound deadening...so far it's keeping the rock sounds to a "thunk" instead of a "ding". They warranty it for as long as I have the Bronco and will respray any areas that get dinged up. Cabin noise is greatly reduced, even with a soft top.

Try a Lincoln service department...usually less wait time, techs are likely more tenured, and they probably aren't as busy as a Ford service dept---and warranty carries over

Even if you cancel your order, it will still be built and sent to the dealer, they'll put it on the lot with a markup...hang on to the order, decide what to do with it when it comes in.

I once had an F150 that came in with a 12" scratch on the bedside from the transport drivers jeans as he was walking the top rack to get to my truck...the dealer had their body shop polish it out in less than 20 mins while I worked on paperwork.

if you wet the scuff/scratch and it goes away, it's in the clear coat and can be buffed out. If it stays the same after wetting, you may need to have someone wet sand and then polish is out.
