I would say these ones are the closest in design, but not necessarily looks. The tread on these are very aggressive, so that may not be to your liking.

It just remembers whatever mode it was in when you shut the vehicle off. That mode is enabled on the next start. You still control whether the ASS is active with the current dash switch.
