Well, it's now 7 weeks since I received a "built" email. The pizza tracker still shows "in production" and no one knows anything (or they're not talking). @Co_Bronco does that make your count 8 or are you sticking with 7?

Do they not realize that, in this age of instant communications, their customers actually talk to each other? They've probably had a lot of queries recently, so they send a mass email to everyone that still isn't "Delivered"? That doesn't give me much hope that they'll be able to meet that...

Since this applies to both of you ... I received my "Built" email 6 weeks ago. The tracker never moved and I've had no communication since. Make of that what you will.

Well, I'm not usually a pessimist (though this whole experience is testing me). If anything, this makes me feel a little better. I still don't think I'll see my ride before the new year, though.

So,... two days after sending Ford a DM, Michael responded and I now have a case number open with the New Vehicle Support Team. It'll be interesting to see where this goes.
