I’m working with two different dealers. The one that has this order has been good about communicating. In fact, the GM emailed me this morning to update my status. I already knew what he told me, but it was good to know he’s checking. I’ve shared the Price Protection information with him and he...
The one good thing the customer service number has provided me is the price protection information. In the past I had to ask them, but this morning the woman told me she had the certificate number before I even asked. They’ve given me the certificate number and its value.
Just got off the phone with customer service. Still no news on my 12/23 blend. All they know is that it was sent to the plant on 12/16. I've known that for weeks. They did give me my updated Private Offer Certificate number (price protection). The old one had expired 12/31.
Agreed. The most recent update I’ve gotten on my 12/23 blend date was that it was sent to the plant on 12/16. Hopefully we’ll get some news tomorrow.
It looks like we’re not going to agree, which is not uncommon or troubling to me. The point I was making is that posting pictures of a wrecked vehicle on a public road (which everyone can see) is very different from giving detailed testimony to the event. Accident and insurance investigators...
Hopefully the progress continues. Original blend date was 12/21 then it went to 12/23. Tracker shows the "In Production" dot, but no date under it. I've been told it's "at the plant", but nothing beyond that. Keep hope alive!!
Stop asking what happened!! He shouldn’t go on a public forum and discuss details. There’s a good chance he is at fault in some way, so publicly acknowledging that does not help him. It would only satisfy your personal curiosity.
Has anyone in this group been told their Price Protection/Private Offer expires on December 31? Customer service told me this a few weeks ago and dealer checked and got the same response. My blend date was yesterday, but I’ve gotten no update, so it likely won’t be finished until January. I...
Finally got my window sticker Friday evening. In production. Blend date is 12/23. I ordered this Bronco 12/19/21. The one I ordered on 11/05/20, through Granger, is still five years away.
Keep in mind, some of us reserved over two years ago, and because of allocations, will be waiting another five to six years. It's all a matter of perspective.
I called the hotline. I was told I have been assigned a build date of December 21, with an estimated delivery of Jan. 1-7. She told me the private offers are set to expire December 31, but they can still be processed by my dealer because I have a build date. The window sticker is still not...
If you don't make eye-contact with Ford you will be okay. At least that's what my students think when we're doing a math lesson and I ask for volunteers to come to the board.
