Finally some progress!! I just spoke to a CS agent. She was able to tell me that my Bronco is in Kansas City, KS. She couldn't give me a railcar number, but this is the only new information I've gotten in the week since it was shipped. Let's get my baby to Iowa. Est. delivery date: 3/24
I've been asking chat every morning. I tried just 30 minutes ago. They tell me it is "In Transit". And "This means the manufacturing plant has sent your vehicle to your dealership. Shipped March 4."
That's all they can/will give me.
It is exciting. I got the same message four days ago, but nothing has been updated since. Ford chat can't give me a railcar number. My dealer has no further information. I've entered another Ford Black Hole of Information. Hopefully you fare better.
I agree. I don't want people touching my Bronco. I had one duck left on my windshield last summer. The person did no damage, and I simply shrugged my shoulders and gave the duck to one of my students.
If you look at my original comment, I never even mentioned the OP...
"These days everyone is...
These days everyone is looking for a way to be a victim.
I'd venture a guess that some people that hate ducks or bucks are some of the same people that get upset about others claiming victim status. over the smallest things.
It's easy to be a victim; everyone is doing it.
I've had "shipped" status on my tracker for a few days, but no source has been able to give me a railcar number. This morning I called customer service. They said the status is "In Transit" but it also has a note attached saying "Ready to leave MAP." The ETA hasn't changed, but apparently my...
I'm with Granger, and I have hardly contacted them at all over the last 28 months, but now I'm asking a few more questions. They got back to me right away, but they don't have the information I'm looking for.
Nope, I totally understood your point. It's a little of my frustration peeking out after all of this time. Ford should have this down to a science. After all this time they should have every kink worked-out, but I guess this is just Ford being Ford.
It could be another day or two before the modules populate. I went through this process a few months ago for a Bronco I didn't buy. Blend date was 12/23/22. It wasn't built until 1/16/23.
This is not my dealer's fault. They sent me the copy of the Smart Vincent report. There is no indication of the rebates. They've delivered hundreds of Broncos. I'm confident they know what they are doing. (I hope)
My dealer sent me an email saying they can't find any of my rebates (PP/PCO) in the Ford system. I have had the certificate numbers since at least last fall. If Ford customer service has the information to share with me, why can't @Ford Motor Company share it with my dealer?
I just noticed we have the exact same build except I have the LUX. I wonder if that's why mine hasn't been shipped even though I was ahead of you in line. Congrats on the progress. This is so freakin exciting.
