This is the right answer. Soon no one will be able to order a manual trans so may as well get one while you can.

This is exactly what I'm afraid happened. They screw all us in order to be "CARB" compliant. This will indeed suck if they stick to this and it will 100% make me not purchase their tune since I can care less about CARB but do want rev match.

So if I live in one of the 49 states the Ford dealer should be able to install with rev matching?

I know it was one of my main reasons for wanting the tune (along with allowing speedo calibration with larger tires). If they killed it officially I may have to see about just getting custom tune instead

On the thread about reviews on the 2.3L tune several folks said their version when bought the last month or so doesn't come with it anymore. And then on Ford performance website they removed that from the details also. So looks like since June sometime.

So is this the reason they killed rev matching with the manual transmission? Seemed like one of the main perks for us manual owners

Love your build! Any issues with transmission pushing those 35's and new suspension parts? I want to do the same build as yours with Eibach but worried 35 and heavier parts will strain the manual transmission
