What I do Every time I open my door, I hold it with one hand, while with the other I pull the handle until the window drops a bit then I open it, so it wont bounce. don't know if this makes sense LOL

FYI. The dealers insurance will only fix cracks on your windshield not replacement. About the tires, if you're off the grid and tires get busted, it will not get covered. I declined that offer.
