I have not replaced the Bronco windshield yet. However, I have 6 rock chips. (Two dime size chips, one 3/8"crack, and 4 others.) I've replaced many windshields in other vehicles.

I feel you. I've wondered the same thing. The thing I cannot stand is riding on the passenger side, you have no place to put your right arm while a long trip. That's my biggest issue.

I always use sport mode 95% of the time.

I had to place heavier rubber mats from the front. It helps alot.a lot. It still floats, but not as bad. I do like that aftermarket cup holder tho...

Yes, it actually fits, but barely. I had about 3/4" of space on the side, but it fits perfectly. The Home Depot 12 foot Skelly came in today.

My Bronco will not move if the key is taken out after starting.

My headlights turn them selves on all the time. It's so annoying... and no, my knee doesn't bump it. I leave it on auto, but it turns on randomly... Sometimes when im out of the vehicle at work. The lights just turn on.
