When trying to do Sirius presets do not see the Direct Tune box but it shows up on all AM/Fm channels when trying to use steering wheel controls.Have followed directions on Ford webpage.Have stations in my favorites on touch screen just can't preset to be able to use steering wheel controls.

I have done presets on 3 previous Fords from 2011-2013 with no problems + all work great with steering wheel arrows. Have many Sirius stations that show up in my favorites but can't find a preset icon or button anywhere.Have to go to favorites to change stations.Maybe somewhere in settings I do...

If you have a 4 door + have had the seatbelt recall taken care of ,might check your paperwork or contact your dealer.My dealer told me the day of the seatbelt repair they also corrected this on 11/!6/2023.But received recall on wipers 1/9/2024!
