Cargo space is a premium for me and this is my plan. 3 teenage kids and a wife requires some storage. If roof rack is not an option, consider this. I do plan on modifying to swing down in order to accommodate the rear door.

If you tried to build a Sasquatch BL, V6 doesn’t allow roof rack on that model. So if Ford is showing this as a possible build (according to configurator) it must have 4cylinder, this no squatch. Correct?!?
Chain up, maintain momentum, auxiliary braking in moderation, avoid low end torque, plan ahead when braking and don’t get in a hurry. Driving in the snow is a lot of fun
This seems to be a piece designed to give you the warm and fuzzies. I agree with your assessment that it lacks specifics. Hopefully more to come sooner rather than later. Up to this point, details are slow to come out and rather vague at times with this vehicle. I am sure we will know more soon.
I like doing business in person. Give them an opportunity to fix it, go there in person and look them in the eye. Maybe it can be reasonably explained. If not, switch dealers
I am reminded of a story about life, lemons and lemonade... Make the most of any situation and you will never be disappointed. If that’s not your idea of a cup holder (which it is doing exactly what it’s namesake says), then be resourceful and fashion your own!
I spoke with my dealer yesterday. He had 113 reservations and I am a 7/17/20, which put me at #33. His allocation is “about 27”. Of the 32 reservations ahead of me, only 8 have converted to orders. He stated multiple calls and emails to all with no response. This sounds promising (for me), but...
