  1. So 4A is not what I had thought...

I guess I don’t understand what the mystery is and have seen concerns about this in numerous posts. Since 2000, I’ve had several German cars with permanent AWD systems that drove all 4 wheels all the time and distributed power to any of the wheels as needed (merc e320/e500/e350) all 4matic...
  2. Cracked windshields?

Mine is cracked today. Single 6 inch line from Top left of windshield, driver's side and headed into my field of view (not quite there yet). Did not originate at a chip. Truck was parked for one night outside last week during the recent cold (-20). Yesterday was 63 degrees so decided to wash...
  3. I flipped my Bronco about 5 or 6 times

If that 2-door rolled even once, (let alone 5 times) I'd say that's a phenomenal job by the roll cage and roof. As good as a G-Wagen.
  4. URGENT: Need Your Help/Expertise ASAP

Just send the dealer a bullet point email stating your understanding of the situation and that you have been told that the price protection will be honored even if the 22 model is delivered in 23 and then conclude the email by asking them to respond if anything in your email is incorrect and...
  5. Fullscreen Apple CarPlay OTA Update Coming Soon! - Per Ford (Mike Levine)

Badlands squatch lux : build date feb. 22. Got the OTA update sometime between dec. 21/22 while my car was parked at a hospital with no Wi-Fi access. Really like the full screen CarPlay so far but have not had a chance to drive much.
  6. Slow Coolant Leak

Got essentially the same build date as you in 2 door BL sas with the 2.7. No coolant issues here. I did have a VW with a dual clutch tranny that had coolant leak - never dripped on ground but kept having to add coolant over a period of time. So, when I was changing the tranny fluid on it, had...
  7. Bronco Fire / Meltdown From ABS Lockup Leading to Hydraulic Failure (Burst Brake Line) and Electrical Short?

Don't forget the Congolese children getting poisoned and killed mining the Cobalt for the EV batteries.
  8. Moab Trails recommend?

We did Top of the World, Hell's Revenge and Poison Spider a few weeks ago. Had a great time. 2 Door Badlands Sas. If you have the 2.7 I would definitely get the crossmember skids. And, get the tranny skid and rear shock mount skids. Asfir has all those but they are available from a number...
  9. Removing back trim on two door

Also, I would be sure to order the 2 piece white/black trim connects before removing, because you will break many/most of these pulling it off.

  12. Skids plates

you will want the rear shock mount skids. I have those from Asfir and they work as intended.
  13. Anyone have service manuals to remove rear cargo trim panels for 2 door?

Just grip it and rip it. You're going to break all those white inserts no matter how gentle you tickle that trim. Buy the replacments first.
  14. Don't like auto start stop

It does not do anything in the grand scheme of things other than annoy the owner. I installed an autostartstopeliminator. Took about 10 minutes. Money well spent.
  15. Bent rear lower shock mount, need advice

He has a skid on there and, apparently, it did not help with whatever situation he put his Bronco in. Generally, the skids will work for regular wheeling.
  16. Lowest safe PSI for SAS tires without beadlocks for offroading?

I ran 15 psi on the Goodyear oem sas tires a few weeks ago in Moab on hell’s revenge and poison spider. Everything went well. Will definitely upgrade to KO2 or similar when the Goodyears wear out (or probably sooner).
  17. Badlands 17" Wheel Kit now available from Ford Performance catalog

Honestly, at the price, why would anyone want these instead of Icon Rebound Pros?
  18. Bronco owners: Curiosity question regarding speedbumps

You are going to want a lift and 37s.;)
  19. What gas mileage are you getting with 2.7 and SAS?

2-Door Bronco; Badlands, SAS; 2.7, 6,500 miles; stock suspension and OEM wheels and tires. Always use premium. Here is the data for different driving measured using maths at the pump: 1. 2H, General driving about town (some highway, mostly local) many many tanks of gas = ~16.8mpg; 2. Cruise...
